The Club Manager Course is a 16-hour course created to deal with the problems the youth football club experience. In order to develop football players, it helps current leaders to evaluate their club’s technical, conceptual, leadership, and administrative abilities while considering best practice in youth football clubs.
This is achieved through a curriculum that emphasises organisational structure, coaching techniques, leadership theory, the evaluation and development of coaches and players, as well as financial, legal, and moral responsibility. The curriculum is rich in theory and application.
